Description

Existing Water Bottle Filling Stations will need to be removed in coordination with the Property Team, and will need to be decommissioned, and disposed of in accordance to the required regulations, codes, standards and PSPC guidelines. Bottle Filling Station shall come with ADA cooler, chilling capacity of at least 30 Litre Per Hour (8 Gallons Per Hour) of 10°C (50°F) drinking water based on at 32°C (90°F) ambient and 27°C (80°F) inlet water. New Units shall include complete touchless and hands-free operation, laminar water flow, and antimicrobial elements. Refer to specifications.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the loading dock entrance at 373 Sussex Drive, Ottawa ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by February 22, 2021 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site

Please meet Project Manager at loading dock. Please have work boots, face mask and proper ID.
