The study should assess the current condition, identify estimated remaining life, immediate repairs that may exist, code compliance including accessibility compliance and a detailed estimated cost to renew and modernize the equipment. The BCR has identified multiple requirements for vertical transportation and should be used as a basis for this study. The study should provide sufficient detailed information to allow the Property Manager to plan and create a single project or multiple projects for BMP submission.
