Description

1. Relamp to LED and replace fixtures as per plans and specifications.
2. Room 203, 206 and 218A are to be separated unto a new relay, reprogram as necessary
3. Recycle old lamps as per Ontario Regulations
4. Most construction work is to be performed after regular business hours. Noninterference visits and material delivery can be performed during business hours after coordination with maintenance Staff. Tie-ins to be coordinated. The building can never be left unsecured overnight.
5. There are no training requirements
All work must to be completed by July 23, 2021
