GOC477468 - Multiple Projects: Kelowna Office Refit Veteran Affairs - Consulting Services

Consulting Services.
The following two projects are included in this RFQ and are to be treated as separate projects.    Please take into consideration the different timelines for move-in dates and completion and coordination of required site visits.
 
GOC477468 – Kelowna Office Refit Veteran Affairs – Phase 1
The project is to reinstate the Veteran Affairs office and use as a temporary office space to be available for occupancy by September 23, 2016 to May 2017.
Add a door (require vision panel and regular deadbolt) and wall to the Queensway Avenue entrance to create a waiting area on the attached space plan.  Hazardous Material Survey will be available early May.
 
GOC478949 – Veteran Affairs 3rd Floor Office Fit-Up
Demolition of existing space to construct to new floor plan (Refer to 3rd Floor Office Layout – Area 35 to 44 inclusive).  Floor plan is currently being approved by Veteran Affairs. Final layout to include kitchenette, LAN closet, meeting room, office, business centre, interview room, waiting area, medical exam room (with plumbing requirements for sink) and 10 workstations.
 
The time zone listed in the RFP documentation is Pacific Standard Time (PST). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFQ documentation.
