The relocation and refurbishment of two (2) UPS units currently located at 25 Nicolas, and 180 Kent. Included in requirements, structural, HVAC, N+1 redundancy, arc flash/coordination, electrical system capacity and consideration for future demand as specified by the client.

    Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within Addendum 2 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the McKenzie Bridge security entrance of the Major General G.R. Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Dr, Ottawa, ON, Ottawa, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must pre-register via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by April 20, 2021 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
     
    Meet at Mackenzie King Bridge entrance security desk for sign in.
    One government issued photo ID required. Facial coverings or masks are required. Entry into any mechanical or electrical space requires hardhat and safety boots.

Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site.
