Description

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 04 – Specifications and Drawings

Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Build a small room (phone booth), add electrical and paint phone booth. A dedicated circuit board has already been installed for the phone booth.
Build a wall and install a door for their meeting room and paint.
Connect the power of the pack poles for their furniture panels.
Paint on certain walls.
Provide and install millwork in the kitchenette.

Data drops to be verified, cable's have been run and are coiled on the ceiling. A total of 9 workstations are within the space

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by April 14, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.

Please meet Maintenance Team Lead in the main lobby of the building.
