GOC2777305-CT - Carpet Replacement - Construction Services

Scope of Work/Overview:
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 04 – Specifications and Drawings.

Replacement of carpet at the Kamloops GOCB in tenant office areas of the 1st and 2nd floors (approximately 2,000 Sq. m.). This will include elevator lobbies, hallways, open work areas, meeting rooms, and enclosed offices.

Carpet tiles have been pre-purchased and is being stored on site at Kamloops GOCB (317 Seymour Street, Kamloops BC). Please note existing carpet is broadloom and not carpet tiles.
Scope of work will includes the replacement of rubber base (including staircases), which will need to be purchased.

Contractor is responsible to lift all furniture and provide bins/totes for tenants to pack up desks, filing cabinets and equipment as required for work to be completed.
Tenant is responsible to disconnect and reconnect all computer equipment (computers, telephones, printers, photocopiers).
