RFSO-3948 - Consulting Services on a Rotational Basis in the National Capital Region

The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is for Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions to solicit percentage fee rates from interested firms for the supply of rotational consulting and related services on an “as and when required” basis. It is the intention of Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions to select up to ten (10) Successful Bidders for each discipline on rotation. Successful Bidders will be assigned a rotation position based on their Weighted Score result. The rotation position equates to a higher percentage chance that a rotational vendor may be requested to participate in a Project under the Standing Offer.
Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions intends to issue individual projects, on a rotational basis based on the selected pre-qualified consulting firms and enter into separate formal agreements, with the successful and qualified consulting firm for required consulting services based on each individual project.
Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions intends to create 4 (four) rotations for specific types of Consulting services based on the following areas of expertise:
1.            Mechanical/Electrical Consulting
2.            Roofing Consulting
3.            Architectural Consulting
4.            Design Consulting
