GOC333087-1 Construction - Interior Upgrades - Construction Services

Statement of Work/Overview:
There are 2 components of this project.
Mechanical:
Complete new HVAC systems to service building including:
- AHU with Heat pump for main operational office area.
- Moving of existing split AC unit to service exercise room
- New exhaust fans for varies special purpose rooms
Architectural:
-Construction of breath test room, hard interview room, monitoring room, and identification room in old cell block area.
-Removal of portable partition walls and construction of new permanent walls redesigned for operational requirements.
-Upgrade of soft interview room
-Upgrade interior lighting
-Remove drywall with vinyl wall covering and install new drywall.
-Replace all ceiling tiles with new
-New flooring
