Upgrade Humidifiers for the HVAC system in Low and High Rise, Currently there are five humidifiers in each tower (10 in total) that have reached their life expectancy and break down annually which affects the air quality and ability to maintain ASHRAE standards and occupant comfort. These are located in the penthouse and basement of the High and Low Rise Buildings and need to be replaced before winter months.
