  All respondents interested in participating in the Optional but recommended job showing are to register in advance by emailing full names, security clearance number, and the phone number of the attendee to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com.  Each firm will limited to one person for this showing.  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame will not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing.
  Note: Proponents may be required to attend site at a different time and/or date to accommodate quantity of attendees in adherence to Public Health Guidelines. If required, communication will be issued to Proponents via e-mail.

  Event Note

  Please meet the BGIS Representative Drew Hayward (613-806-7066) in the lobby of Guardhouse #2. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes and hard hats. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Please also bring government issued ID. Please arrive 15 min prior to allow time to sign in.
  
  COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet.
