Scope of Work/Overview:
This contract comprises of the following scope of work:

The removal and replacement of walls, ceilings, flooring and wall trims in the following spaces:
1. L2- Kitchen: Replace flooring, and vinyl baseboard wall trim, repair and repaint walls. Remove and reinstate millwork for kitchen sink and cabinets.
2. L2- CBSA office: Replace vinyl baseboard wall trim and repair and repaint walls
3. L2- Storage: Replace vinyl baseboard wall trim, repair and repaint walls
4. L4- General Office: Replace ceiling tiles, repair and repaint ceilings and walls
5. L4- Exist Corridor: Repair and repaint ceiling and walls
Add 12mm domestic hot water connection to main at the domestic hot water tank in storage of L2.
Add 12mm domestic hot water recirc from adjacent kitchenette across corridor on L2.

Add 50mm sanitary drain from CBSA office kitchen sink to drain to 50mm sanitary of main office corridor on L4.

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by June 3, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.

Please meet BGIS representative and consultant at the front entrance.
