Provide accessible drinking fountains with bottle filling capability on all floors from B2 to floor 12, complying with all of the requirements of the CSA B651 and NBC standards. The new fountains should be touchless and also have NSF 42 and 53 filters. Consultant shall review the feasibility of relocating the drinking fountains as to meet all clearance requirements and eliminate the health and safety hazard from exiting/entering the elevators. Consultant shall refer to the attached drinking fountain performance specification and detailed scope document. Upon determining the new water fountain location, the consultant is to confirm whether the pipe replacement or a pipe removal is required”. The consultant will prepare a design brief for review and approval prior to the drawing package. The project will require dedicated action from the Consultant as the project is high priority and will require some urgency.

3.3.1 Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
