Description

Refit 4 offices for new integrated security system. EMB 1006 - remove raised floor, S&I New carpeting, painting, refresh translation booth. EMB 1007 - Replace existing carpet, painting. EMB1013 - Remove kitchen and re-open door to operable.Conduit infrastructure for access control/CCTV system is required at this entry. Standalone HVAC (on emergency generator power) required to supply cooling in the space. Air conditioning and air circulation must be properly calculated/sized to cool the room with all equipment on and five individuals present.
Independent temperature control is required.
