THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Scope of Work/Overview:
Connect Generator transferred from Oxford GOCB. Structural and Electrical scope of work.
Work of this Contract comprises connecting the existing 200kW generator, installation of
automatic transfer switch, and related equipment and site work including:
.1 Replacement of the sub-base fuel tank for the generator.
.2 Provision of ground grid and ground tie-ins to the building.
.3 Provision of a new Automatic Transfer switch.
.4 Provision of new interconnecting power and communication cabling between Generator, Transfer Switch and new panels.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Stephanie.Arsenault@bgis.com no later than 12:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
