Description

Scope of work includes but it is not limited to:
•     Removal of the existing roof membrane system, underlying insulation and build up complete to the
   existing metal deck structure.
•     Removal of flashings, drain bodies and related roofing accessories.
•     Existing fall protection guardrails will be stored for re-installation.
•     New roof assembly will then be installed, complete with new substrate, air/vapour barrier, insulation
with sloped insulation to drains and new two-ply SBS roofing membrane.
•     Installation will include new drains and roofing accessories. New perimeter flashings will be
   installed, and the fall protection systems will be reinstated.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to jan.dietrich@bgis.com by June 14, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, and safety vests. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
