There is an area of the 12th floor South Tower that has its own dedicate HVAC systems. This project is intended to restore this area of the building to the main base building systems and retire the dedicate equipment that currently serve this area

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front entrance of Mackenzie King 101 Colonel By, Ottawa, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to raeanne.roy@bgis.com by June 9, 2021 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to raeanne.roy@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
