Event Note

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to jan.dietrich@bgis.com by June 15, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, and safety vests. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
