Description

Reinstatement of all affected material on the 3rd, 2nd, 1st floors and basement caused by fire and water damage. Includes but not limited to:
- Carpet repair/replacement
- Bulkhead and perimeter wall repair/replacement
- Replacement of damaged mechanical insulation and duct work
- Repair of plaster damage on concrete beams
- Repair of damaged electrical equipment
- Review and repair of damaged life safety items
- Identification of required segregation in order to allow work to proceed during the day.

Additional Bidding Instructions

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
