Description

GOC991635 - Work of this Contract comprises replacement of existing lighting system in the Parade Hall.
Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Provide new lighting fixtures in the Parade Hall.
2. Decommission, remove and dispose from site all existing lighting fixtures.
3. Branch wiring and dimming control for flag accent lighting.
4. Emergency lighting provisions for designated fixtures and circuits with transfer relay to alternate power source.
5. Commissioning and operational test of fixtures and controls.

GOC1246906 - Work of this Contract comprises of the upgrade in first floor men’s and women’s washroom.
Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Removal of flooring, vanity counters, cabinets, toilets fixtures, toilet partitions, washroom accessories and associated Mechanical and electrical items.
2. Contractor to provide new flooring, vanity counters, toilet fixtures, toilet partition system, wall tiles, washroom accessories and associated Mechanical and Electrical support system. Refer to drawings for full extent of work.
3. Removal and disposal of material.
4. Systems testing and verification for modified Fire Alarm system.

GOC1508781 - Work of this Contract comprises modernization and retrofit of the second floor NCO Mess area.
Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Removal of existing ceilings, flooring, casework and associated Mechanical and electrical items. Patch and make good all work to remain.
2. Provide new ceilings, flooring, casework and all associated Mechanical and Electrical support systems.
3. Refer to drawings for full extent of new and modifications work.
4. Decommission and remove existing material and equipment not intended to remain.
5. Provide systems testing, verification and commissioning.

Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Back-Parking Lot to 505 Fourth Street S., Cornwall Armouries. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by June 18, 2021 at 4:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
