Description

Replace the exit lighting. Exit lights are located throughout the building and are approaching the end of their normal service life. The BCR found the exit light to be in fair condition and recommended cyclical replacement in 2016. New lighting will consume less energy and will comply with the latest code requirements for design and placement.
