Description

Scope of Work/Overview:

New paint is to be applied to all painted surfaces, including the exposed ceiling, at various locations within the parkade, loading bay and utility rooms on levels L1, P1 and P2.
The sealed floors are to be recoated with sealant in all corridors on Levels L1, P1 and P2 utility areas, landings, and rooms, including floor transition areas.
Repairing of existing minor damage to the structure is to be undertaken.

Event Note
- Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by July 27, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
- A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
- Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the main entrance of the Library Square Building 300 W Georgia, Vancouver BC.
- All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, and safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site
