Description

Scope of Work/Overview:

Replacement of two 40HP VSD units within a mechanical penthouse and associated local disconnects at external cooling tower locations.
Connection of VFDs to existing BAS.
Completion of this work is recommended to be scheduled for shoulder or winter seasons, or be completed over the weekend, to minimize impact to building cooling systems and occupant comfort.
Seismic sign-off will be required

Event Note
- Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by July 27, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
- A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
- Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the main entrance of the Library Square Building 300 W Georgia, Vancouver BC.
- All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, and safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
