Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 05 – Specification and Drawings.

Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Replace existing rooftop exhaust fans and provide new control system to assure the existing CO sensors will activate new exhaust fans based on various ppm levels. Provide dedicated vehicle exhaust system in Bay 4 and Bay 6 with structural mount, hose, hose reel, exhaust fans, and ductwork. Seismic sign off will be required for installation.

- Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by July 26, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
- A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
- Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative by the BGIS Office Door at the Marine Base Building, 100 Annacis Pky, Delta, B.C. Please sign in with BGIS Representative and follow further instructions upon arrival.
