Statement of Work/Overview:
Replace Existing Wooden Railing Around AHUs

Scope of work includes but not limited to:
Replace the existing wooden railing on roof around AHUs with something that meets code. Recommending a prefab railing that uses a counter weight method. The railing should be installed on the South-East corner of the building and should be approximately 25 feet long in both directions. Consultant to review to ensure that it meets code requirements.
