Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
