GOC452329 - GOC452330-CS - Water Efficiency

Replace older inefficient (13LPF+) toilets in common areas with low flow models to match existing.
GOC452329 - EMB Brookfield rough count : 84 toilets serving 700 tenants, 250 days per annum
GOC452330 - SAT Brookfield rough count : 56 toilets serving 800 tenants, 250 days per annum.
Review and confirm the Brookfield count and location; Locate and test each washroom isolation valve(s), existing low flow, older efficiency, exposed cisterns or wall faced, existing damage (ceramic tiles, flooring etc) associated with each toilet and cost to make good after installation.

Note any Heritage washrooms which may be excluded, subject to estimated cost to replace.

Each washroom should not be out of commission for more than 24hrs; Suitable notices with alternative(s) must be posted.
