Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

Perform an analysis of the energy efficiency of building systems and components as identified in the PWGSC National Call Letter Federal Sustainable Development Strategies (FSDS). The Energy Manager involvement is required to ensure consistency of delivery and audit is completed in the format approved by PWGSC.

The audit will create a "Reference Point" as a basis for future sustainable development. Implementation of cost saving initiatives and projects identified in the audit will ensure future energy efficiency and sustainability for the facility.

Consultant to apply for energy audit incentive/ rebate from utility company, for having completed this assessment.

2. Consultants to meet with building technician in the main lobby
3. Consultant must sign the site visit attendance sheet; ensure that all hand writing is clear
4. No amendment to the schedule is allowed in the bid document. Schedule changes may be negotiated at the time of award.
5. Consultant bid price must include all requirements for this inspection (such as testing/ sampling/ site visits for monitoring for data collection etc.).
