St. Andrew Tower (SAT) exterior floor drains, installed ~ 1985, are leaking and nearing the end of their life expectancy with 2 emergency projects completed in the last 3 months.
Full investigate with report, video and scoping for the replacement of external damaged drain covers, membrane and piping : ~ 11 floor drains in the square facing Wellington Street between East Memorial Building (EMB) and SAT; ~ 5-6 outside SAT on Spark Street - quantities TBA in report.
Urgent - leaks in the basement B1 tech workshop, garage, check main drain connections in the Fire pump room
