The consultant will engage and carry all costs required to complete the design, tender, construction management and closeout phases of the project.
 
Installation of full length wrap around (Dependent on door 2 or 3 piece) stainless steel bolt through astragals with flat bolt heads located on the unsecured side of the door. Doors will also require the installation of new pin door hinges. The work will take place in six Government of Canada Buildings throughout the Pacific Region and will consist of nine projects please see below for locations and project numbers.
