Location: 200 Town Centre Court, Scarborough Ontario.
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (“owner”),
to obtain offers from interested and qualified construction professionals to perform the work as outlined
below.
Scope of Work
Renovation of existing 4th floor - 200 Town Centre including Architectural, Mechanical and
Electrical fit-up to accommodate approximately 180 full time employment workstations and
renovations throughout the floor to include new offices, meetings spaces, kichenettes and
equipment type spaces.
Scope of work also includes;
1) Renovations to a file room on the 3rd floor. Work in this area shall be done from the inside
to provide a new secure partitions, some mechanical and electrical work required.
2) Renovations to 11th floor training room for video equipment relocation and associated
electrical & mechanical work and architectural blocking and patching.
