Description

Scope of work includes but it is not limited to:
•     Removal of the existing roof membrane system, underlying insulation and build up complete to the existing metal deck structure.
•     Removal of flashings, drain bodies and related roofing accessories.
•     Existing fall protection guardrails will be stored for re-installation.
•     New roof assembly will then be installed, complete with new substrate, air/vapour barrier, insulation with sloped insulation to drains and new two-ply SBS roofing membrane.
•     Installation will include new drains and roofing accessories. New perimeter flashings will be installed, and the fall protection systems will be reinstated.
