Statement of Work/Overview:
Consulting Services.
The project is to review the sanitary piping system at PL James Place. PL James Place is a five storey building with one men and one women's washrooms on each floor. Men's washroom have 4 toilet stalls and 2 urinals and women's washrooms have 5-6 toilet stalls on each floor.

Consultant to include camera scope of pipe lines as part of inspection / investigation.

In addition, there are sewer lift pumps at this facility which service the sewer plumbing lines that are below the city sewer grade line. These pumps are likely in excess of 10 – 15 years old – those should have a full review / investigation.

The time zone listed in the RFQ documentation is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFQ documentation.
