PWG316655-1 - Repair Entrance Ramp and Stairs (Construction Services)

Contractor requirements are to provide full concrete and other related construction services to implement the concrete repairs to the stairs and access ramps at both entrances of the Services Building located at 3500 Carling. Project issued tender drawings and specifications fully define the project requirements and are to be reviewed by any prospective contractor intending to bid.
 
All bidders interested in participating in this tender requirement must attend the mandatory job showing and bring with them a piece of valid personal identification in order to access the site.

Bidders and their subcontractors must have previous experience with projects similar in scope, construction value, and work environment and the qualifications required to specialize in concrete work of the nature of this project.
