  Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.4.1 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.  Attendees are to arrive early and meet the BGIS Project Manager Fadi Salah at the main security guard desk at 615 Booth Street, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible.  Facial coverings (masks) must be worn by all individuals, and appropriate PPE is a MUST. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
