Consulting Services.
Consultant to review the code requirements with regards to the fire fighter status and emergency power on a stand‐alone passenger elevator retrofitted under a former contract.  This elevator services the basement boiler room area.  (There are 3 other passenger elevators in the building and one freight elevator.)
 
Code dispute surrounding fire fighter status. Needs qualified consultant and inspector input for resolution.
