GOC388825 - Implementation - Flood Restoration

Bottom 6" of drywall to be replaced where it was cut out completely.  Other areas had holes drilled into bottom of drywall to be patched and repainted to original colour.  Touch up painting in affected areas to match original colours.   Replace vinyl baseboards throughout impacted area to match existing colour and specification.  Refer to drawing provided “66 Stapon flood affected area" for reference.
Work can be done during daytime hours.  Construction schedule will require 2 weeks notice to Tenant for Commissionaire escort to be arranged by client.  Office 1, 2, 3 and 7 in attached drawing to be done after hours.
