Description

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment to complete the statement of work, including
all afterhours labour for noisy, interruptive and intrusive (hazmat-involved) work.

Work comprises of, but not limited to, the following:

Removal and replacement of the existing main entrance canopy and north entrance canopy, as indicated on the drawings.

Removal of the existing surface-mounted fixture and replacement with new LED fixture, as indicated on the drawings.

Replace cladding with new to match existing.

Replace flashing with new to match existing.

Repair concrete and waterproofing as per drawings and directed by consultant.

Clean/coat/replace metal element as directed by consultant.

New signage for both canopies must comply with the Federal Identity Program Policy https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/services/government-communications/federal-identity-program/manual.html

Full hazmat abatement work must be included in the base bid in accordance to the Hazmat Plan.
