Description

GOC325662:

* Replacement of existing exterior fencing separating property from neighboring properties on
east, west and south sides of building.
* Maintain the required egress codes.
* Provide new fencing that will avoid any safety concerns
* To maintain separation, safety and security from TTC streetcar loop
* In order to meet the code requirements, the clear width of the egress shall not be less than 1098 mm which is not currently in place.
* Existing fencing has reached the end of it's life cycle.
