Scope of work includes but not limited to:
Perform an analysis of the energy efficiency of building systems and components as identified in the PWGSC National Call Letter Federal Sustainable Development Strategies (FSDS). The Energy Manager involvement is required to ensure consistency of delivery and audit is completed in the format approved by PWGSC. Refer to Terms of reference document for scope. The analysis will also create a "Reference Point" as a basis for future sustainable development, cost saving initiatives, and projects for the term of the PWGSC Facility Management Contract. To seek information and recommendations to further enhance or reduce the utilities demand and consumption at the site.
