Consulting Services.
Prime consulting service for the following project.

GOC is currently occupying 4 floors. The project scope is to reduce to 3 floors and refresh finishes and furniture on the final 3 floors. Fit up of allocated swing space required and has been factored into phasing plans. All construction to be completed by October 2017. Final completion of moves by November 2017. Phasing plan has already been completed by tenant – consultant to review and comment and help coordinate phasing process. 5 phases in total including closeout.
