Description

As a summary the works principally include without being limited to, the following;
  1. Replacement of existing lighting over the stairs cages at the 4th floor.
  2. The introduction of a 12’’X 64 feet long hot dip galvanized steel grating on the roof.
  3. Introduction of new steel roof anchors.
  4. Introduction of new steel free standing roof guards.
  5. The building of raised new roof curbs for the steel roof anchors and other protrusions to ensure and maintain the water tightness of roof.  This shall include also the protection of the existing roof with new elastomer roofing under portable steel guards.
