Description

The scope of work of this project is to replace the existing carpet and rubber base throughout all tenant’s area on the first floor of the building. The hallway and common areas are not in the scope. The project shall utilize the carpet which has already been purchased by PSPC and stored at Canamex Distribution Warehouse in Delta. The GC will be responsible for the transportation of the quantities on site.

Job Showing Instructions:
- Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by October 19, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
- A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
