Description

Project is Planned to be Shelf Ready from 2015-16. Remove existing decaying vinyl tiles and metal tread in both the east and west fire stairwell, perform any necessary repairs to the concrete base. Apply epoxy paint, low VOC and new tread, ensuring that all code requirements are met. Contractor to provide a proposed staging to ensure that fire egress is not compromised during the work and work must be scheduled in advance and approved by the tenant prior to work commencing.

Site visit is Mandatory but it is always the bidder's responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.
MTL/Technician for each building/facility will be available for site visits, if a bidder/or their company representative/s need to visit several or a specific site. Refer to schedule below:
