Description

To replace all T8 fluorescent lamps, CFL lamps, HID lamps and incandescent lamps for approximately 12 705 lighting fixtures, with new LED retrofit lamps for a total of 18,143 new LED lamps. In order to install all new LED T8 lamps, an allowance of 4% for new lamp holders and 5% for new ballasts are carried within these costs to minimize the risk for extras during construction.
