Description

Projects is to retain consulting services to provide plans and specifications leading to full implementation. The project scope will vary for each project and the investigation will include a review of all components including bumpers, levelers, doors, door hardware and curtains. The existing overhead doors and hardware on campus are original, have limited insulation, and have reached end of life cycle. As the campus becomes occupied increased use will have negative effects on existing door condition and pose an operational hazard. Components deteriorate overtime due to its designated use and lose functionality.

All Respondents interested in participating in this tender requirement are to register in advance by emailing a completed version of the Ellis Don Security & Life Safety Pre-Registration Access Form (uploaded on Merx) to procurement.carlingtunneys@brookfieldgis.com by August 25, 2016 at 2:00 pm.

Each firm will be limited to a maximum of two (2) attendees for this showing.

Minimum security screening level of Reliability (issued by CISD) is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.

Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.
