  As per invitation to tender documents, bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 Attendees will meet the BGIS
  Representative at the Suite 205 at 25 Eddy, Gatineau, Quebec. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to(chady.moussa@bgis.com) by October 25, 2021 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.   Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Chady.Moussa@bgis.com before October 22 at 2pm EST to be authorized to access the site.
   
  Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidders Representative being refused access to the site.
   
  BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
   
  A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit.
