Description

Inspect all light fixtures on floors 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8,10 and 11 for rapid start ballasts. Parking levels P1 and P2 will be included as well. Replace all rapid start ballasts to instant start ballasts. Identify broken or deteriorating tombstones and replace as needed. Install new bulbs. Provide floor plan layout showing repairs conducted.

Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the site 451 Talbot St, London, ON. Site visits will
be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to
Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by October 25,2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
