Respondents must attend a site/information meeting to be held on August 22nd at 10:00 AM AT. Respondents are requested to meet at Yarmouth Fisheries Building located at 215 Main St., Yarmouth NS. Failure of a Respondent to attend, properly register and remain present for the duration of the site meeting will entitle Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions in its sole discretion to reject such Respondent’s Quotation.
Respondents are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Quotation a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Agreement.
