All submissions must be made through Brookfield Merx, no other form of submissions will be accepted.

In order to be considered for evaluation for specific buildings, a proponent must enter pricing for all
line items applicable to that building in MERX as well as attach pricing for that building in Appendix 1 – Optional Extension Pricing.  

MERX will not permit a proponent to submit a bid within MERX without inputting a price for all line
items within the pricing form. For all buildings where a proponent does not wish to submit a bid, please enter $0 for all line items for that building
